We deliver across the region with a flat shipping fee, calculated at checkout. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, and delivery typically takes 2–5 business days depending on your location.

Payment is made via Cash on Delivery — you pay when your order arrives.

Returns & Exchanges

If something isn't right, you may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused and in their original condition and packaging.

For hygiene reasons, earrings and customized pieces are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or faulty.
